Keen2Support
Software by Keen2

Software that clubs, schools and small businesses actually own.

Seven products for WordPress and WHMCS, built and supported in-house. Each one is self-hosted, so the data, the branding and the customer relationship stay with you — and every one of them is backed by the Keen2Support helpdesk.

How our software is built

Self-hosted by design

Everything installs into your own WordPress or WHMCS site. There is no third-party platform holding your member list, your client records or your pupil data.

One helpdesk behind them all

Tickets are raised from inside the software, answered here at Keen2Support, and the reply syncs straight back to the person who asked.

Built for the job, not adapted

Each product is written for one kind of organisation and speaks its language — rinks and roll-ups, groomers and walkers, registers and safeguarding.

The range

Seven products, one support hub

Three are live and available today. The rest are finished software going through release preparation — the pages are here, and the downloads open when each one ships.

How support works

Ask for help without leaving the software

Every product connects to Keen2Support, our own ticket hub. A customer opens a ticket from the plugin's own support screen — no separate account to create, no portal address to remember, no password to lose.

The ticket lands in our inbox, filed under the product it came from. We reply, and the answer appears back inside the customer's own site, with an unread badge so it does not get missed. Attachments work in both directions, which saves a great deal of "can you email me a screenshot".
